We really don't mind helping you with anything as that's why we're here. May I suggest you play around in the Administration Control Panel (ACP) of your Icy Phoenix and get familiarized with what this beast of a CMS can do? I guarantee after a day or two of looking through everything in the ACP, you'll find the answers to most of your questions.
Try ACP -> Configuration -> Site.
Look for:
