Icy Phoenix :: View topic - Little Help With Rewrite Please.

If I enable the rewrite mod on my site I get the following error when I click on any of my links:

The address you have requested is not available on this server. You may have misspelled the address, or what you are looking for may have been removed.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this? I have already spoken with my host and they tell me that the rewrite mod is enabled on their servers. Below is my HTACCESS file.
