Hi, I want to know if IP will be updated to phpBB .24 version ?

(There is a bug fix here: http://www.support-phpbb2.com/dl/phpbb/phpBB-2.0.24_fr.zip But I don't know if u can use ... There is also a bug fixed in this package)

Whether the bug exists in Icy Phoenix or Not.
It's a sin to make security hacks public, particularly on the same software forum. And for that matter whatever forum software is involved.
A PM is more appropriate for this kind of thing.
