Today i added in my IP RC2 a block positioned in the bottom of header.
Well I got that block right where i want it, but then my link bar with "Home Forum New Profile Search FAQ Log out".
Is this a bug, or is it intent??

that block position is reserved for nav quick links with dropdown menu
