I am using Icy Phoenix 1.3.0.53 as a blog and I what to display in my index the last 2 news of my icy phoenix. It is posible?

You don´t need ssi for that.

You can display your latest posts marking them either as New´s

or creating a new block in CMS

I know how to display then in Icy phoenix portal home but i dont what to make it there!

I am using icy like a BLOG and i what to display the news in my Index that is not related to icy

On your Index ( home) on the left hand site under the Nav block apears RSS

Read the instructions for that there
