Sorry for a stupid question but really I'm unable to give the correct permission to a new pull.

I like that also the not register users can vote but anly vote and not more.

Is somebody help me?

I don't know if it is possible... but evef if it is... I would not allow guests to vote... because the results may be misleading because of multiple voting.
