I am trying to add templates to my site and trying to figure out what this means
Copy all folders and files from ip_root (in this package) into your site root.

root means where all the folders are kept for your icy site...

so if you open a template folder to install it should be root/templates/ your template

so add the new template folder in your icy template folder....
