Hi, I have a problem with sitemap on my site, get the error of the image you attached, someone could tell me, I can do to fix this?

Then, I wanted to know if the downloads section, you could do something so that everyone could see the downloads, and guests will get a text to register to access the download.

I would also like to know how you can make custom pages for my website
