This script has only "Half" commented out syntax Viz: <!-- and is causing error reports.

            <script type="text/javascript">

            <!--

            tmp = 'users_links';

            if(GetCookie(tmp) == '2')

            {

                ShowHide('users_links', 'users_links2', 'users_links');

            }

            </script>

It appears to be a user editing problem, and I'm kicking myself for not actually checking the IP script first.
