Hello,

I've problems with my Calendar:
Calendar don't appear in the index of forum (enabled, overrid user choices)
Calendar options in the user profile don't have anything:
When I click "Profile" > "Calendar" I get a blank table:
any name, Just a little [*] and "[submit] [reset]"

I know it sound´s hard, but i had the same problem and solved it with a fresh install.

If we´re talking about a live site, try to reupload al files in BINARY MOD. just don´t do the install.

maybe you got a currupted file, like i had.

BTW we´re talking forum calender right ??

( Possible BUG) Calendar Does´nt Show In Forum

question

did you do the viewforum update?

there was an error in the sql install file

Mighty Gorgon wrote: [View Post]
You are right:

Error In Install SQL

This is how to fix that:

Code: [Hide] [Select]
UPDATE `phpbb_cms_layout_special` SET page_id = 'viewforum' WHERE page_id = 'viewfforum';

I will release a patch soon.

replace phpbb with your prefix.

maybe this has something to do with the error.

When I have updated my other forum (RC2) to the last (.a), calendar have disappear =/ Seems that calendar disappear with the new version =/

Post subject: Re: Calendar Problem
did you update first to 1.3.0.53,

or did you go directly to (.a)

since (.a) is only a patch. not a full selfstanding version

Post subject: Re: Calendar Problem
Uploaded full IP + uploaded patch + install/database_update.php =o

Post subject: Re: Calendar Problem
hm . calendar is working without problems on IP 1.3.0.53a on my live site.

so something must have gone wrong on your update.

try first to update to 1.3.0.53 and then to .a

Post subject: Re: Calendar Problem
I have it working properly both on my local server and here on this site.

Can you confirm once again that with a clean install this is not working? Can you tell me step by step what you do for a clean install?

I will replicate on my local testing environment and report.

Mighty Gorgon [ Mon 26 Oct, 2009 16:41 ]
Post subject: Re: Calendar Problem
Override doesn't work for admins, did you edit also the options in your profile? Did you try to check as a guest?

Informpro [ Mon 26 Oct, 2009 17:47 ]
Post subject: Re: Calendar Problem
As I have say already, the block in the profil is blank =/

Guest: don't work as well =/

Mighty Gorgon [ Mon 26 Oct, 2009 23:47 ]
Post subject: Re: Calendar Problem
The problem is in the override setting.

Try to do not override, then go in your profile, and sets the cells to display to 5.

Anyway update your files with the patch and you should be ok.

http://www.icyphoenix.com/viewtopic.php?p=44095#p44095

Remember to check your profile for Calendar options, as admins are not affected by override!

Post subject: Re: Calendar Problem
I agree : it's only admins who doesn't see the calendar. I tried to connect myself with another user and this time calendar was display. I fixed it, as you said, by removing Overriding and by configuring it in my profile.
[solved] I guess, ty.
