In that new version there is not the site_hist.php, but it allow you to put it on or off. So... Where is the new site_hist?

This is a patch, not the full version.

It has been totally removed... all site hist statitstics have been integrated into Statistics, so they now are optimized and can be configured with permissions... Have a look into ACP => Statistics.

Mighty Gorgon, but you can still see the option in Configuration -> IcyPhoenix -> SQL optimization -> Historial Web. That is for the statistics?
