Post subject: Auto Ranks Problem

It seems my auto ranking by days and posts are broken on a fresh install of 1.3.0.53. I deleted all the original auto ranks and made my own but it seems the ranks by days is sticking with Newbie even though it no longer exists and ranking by post doesn't do anything.

NM never tired the cache that worked
