Post subject: Vewtopic Layout

I was wondering if there was a reason for the current placement of the bottom reply and pagination table below 4 or so other tables after the last post. On my screen (1920x1080) it adds around 4.5in(11cm) of scroll before I even see the bottom reply and pagination table.

I have a question... Are you speaking about this website or about your IP board?

If you want, I can help you to move the pagination and post buttons upward in your forum.

It was for my own IP but I can move it myself as it's nothing complicated but I was just more wondering about the reasons for it like usability or if there was any reason since I had users asking about it.
