Post subject: Time Zones

I live in an area that uses DST.

In the ACP, I have:

Time management
DST enable: (XX) Yes ( )No ( )By the server
DST difference: 60 min
Timezone: (UTC -5hours) Eastern Time US and Canada

My board states: The time now is 2009/11/05 - 17:19

However, the actual time is 16:19

Am I missing something? My hosting server is located in a different time zone.

EDIT : Sorry, I replied too fast without reading ^^
I won't talk further because I did not completely understand what is DST ( if it is the summer time or something else >.>" ) so I don't think I can help you ... But I think if you disable DST it will display the right hour on your board.

Are you testing online or locally?

The new line is in common.php and you may remove it... if you compare with old version you will easily find it.

I Had that problem when the first patch came out.

if you´ve got a copy off the original common.php from basic install. you can winmerge it to find the line.
