Post subject: Problem With Links HTML

I have activated the option: "Links HTML por guest desactivated", in the portal works good but in the forum, when I logged on and entered a post with a link html appear this:

That is, I'm connected and the links do not appear.

What I do?

PD: In lang_main.php I have edited Links_For_Guest and have put the original message and I still receive "You must be registered"
