Hello,

I'm alittle unshure where to post this but i guess this is my best shot, feel free to move it if i was wrong

Today when entering icyphoenix.com the "new" count in the menubar told me there 's one new post, however on the board there was no new post marked as new anywhere

i m not shure if this is something new or if it allready was like this on other visits

maybe it 's a bug or maybe i just don t understand... eitherway...i just thought i ld mention it

greetings, ..Joshua203

Edit: even clicking the notation "new 1" did not show me a new message (before making this post!), after making this post it takes me to this post but the number stays 1 instead of 0 (after reading this post and refreshing multiple times)

Edit2:
hmmm after leaving and returning to the site later everything was back to normal!!

That happens when something is posted in ( for mortal users) hidden forums

hi Spydie,

yeah, i thought it could be something like that cause i don t know if there's more hidden then the one i have access to, however i doubt if it should show to users without access ?¿

still think it s kinda weird this way

The problem should be related to another issue.

The MOVE / TRASH feature wasn't working fine, because when trashing topics (I did trash some spam topics...) the unread counter wasn't reset correctly.

I will update the MODCP functions later with a brand new class created by KasLimon and integrated by me... and we will see if that fixes all future issues of this kind.

Thanks for reporting.

That is could be related that you use the "Connect Automatically" feature, and when you click the email link, the system didn't update your session.

I will try to investigate, thanks for reporting.
