This is no spam.

This apears after a few days in all Instalations.

don´t worry about it . just delet that post and thats it

u have to fix the permisions for Knowledge Base. i have make as a Guest this test now.

For
Knowledge Base
you go ACP/ Knowledge Base/Article Management
and there you can give the settings you want for each category
also
ACP/ Knowledge Base/Permissions
you go ACP/ Knowledge Base/Article Management

For Forum
ACP/ Forum/Permissions
and there you can give the settings you want for each category.
Specifically for the forum there are also other options for massive Permissions changes
Do yourself a lot of testing there and you will learn them

You have to make guests only watch the topics and thread not post.

IF you do that you will be safe from bots or unnecessary posts from your forum and KB.

Disable them both in the forum and Knowledge base.
