Hello,
i wish word appearing in tag block on welcome page only came from topic titles and not from posts.
is that possible and what script do i have to modify to get this ?

Unfortunately it is not easy, because words are not splitted by posts text and topics title... 
You can also try to catch the most visited topics, but that ranking could not change really often...
