Hi All
Can anybody help me with this problem, when trying to upload pictures into the photo album, I am unable to upload any jpg images, (gifs are OK they upload no problem). I have checked the settings in ACP for allowing jpg image upload and it is set to allow.
This problem seems to be a general bug for me because not only does it not work on my main site The Coaster Excahnge & Themepark, but I have also installed a vanilla phpBBXS for testing and it does not work on that site either (now removed for space).
On my previous site before I upgraded to phpBBXS I was using was phpBBFM, which had the Mighty Gorgon FAP V1.2.4 installed into it, and it worked perfectly in their, so my problem seems to be with phpBBXS only and is not server based.
When trying to upload everything seems fine, I am presented with the upload page (I currently have the upload fields set to 10 pregenerated, and it does not make a difference if I set this to 1 or default). I can now enter my pics to upload, when I click on the upload button the page just hangs with no internet activity at all, after about ten minutes I get a server message saying that the session has timed out.
If I now repeat this process but this time use gif's instead of jpg's the images are upload straight away without any problems.
This is confusing the hell out of me, can anybody help me with this problem.
Oh and as a fote note, yes I have CHMODDED all the relevant folders and files.
