At the moment there is no easy way to do that, because fonts rendering is linked to the availability of the font in the target computer.
There are some complex tool that allow you to use custom fonts using GD libraries or even Flash, but I strongly discourage their usage.
You should wait HTML 5 and CSS 3 to be fully developed, because CSS 3 supports also custom fonts to be used.
