How can I remove the reference to IcyPhoenix in the search block and replace it with the name of my site?

Go to: CSM/CSM Pages/ 3 Columns (usually)

Find Search Block File

edit this block, the first page, submit unchanged.. go to: Add/Edit Block Page 2 of 2:
