these two files referred in style_blue.css are missing from the package...

ul.topiclist li.row dt a.subforum.read {

	background-image: url("images/blue/subforum_read.gif");

}

ul.topiclist li.row dt a.subforum.unread {

	background-image: url("images/blue/subforum_unread.gif");

}
