When i try to install Icy Phoenix at the following address http://ice-bb.com/ip/install/index.php it get redirected to http://127.0.0.1/ . please help

Are you sure all folders have the right permissions?

Your website is tremendously slow...

it looks to me, like he installed a copy of his local database, without editing the paths in ctracker_backup and config tables
