Do you mean the share social Bookmarks?
If so, ACP >> Configuration >> Icy Phoenix >>Posting And Messages >> Social Bookmarks (select yes)

Nice site Awex but I noticed a small thingi with hovering the marqee message box at the top of your indexpage..
Your border on hover needs a small adjustment because the way it is now when you hover that little box the full page feels a small aftershock (it jumps a bit)

Are you the main admin or did somebody ells start the site?
Some ACP features are hid unless the main admin, not sure if this feature is within that part?
