I have tried several times to set them up. but in the end is all fail!
hoping some one could help me or set up for me.
i have a ventrilo server if any will do so

phpBB2 / phpBB3 mods can't be installed - ATM - on IcyPhoenix. You need to adapt (yourself, the author or anybody who have some skills, it's not really hard) the code to "fit" the system of IP.
If you're trying to use an IcyPhoenix version, give me the link.
