I allready answered your first question in german IcyPhoenix forum.

Please do not crosspost in german and english... you are wasting the time of staff members.

And a second: It is easy for a new member to understand everthing.
But you can also learn by yourself with trying and searching.

So please, try to search and find your answers and if you really get no solution, you are welcome to post your question.
