Hello Tshort,

Welcome to IcyPhoenix

Could you please explain a little more detailed what the problem is?
Where/How are you uploading exactly, what do you mean when you say "I go to the downloads"?

Greetings,

Have you also checked the content of the downloads folder at your server?

I've tested this on a local test install of IcyPhoenix with a small mp3 and I was able to upload, download, see it in acp and locate it in the folder (under a changed name!)

I tested this on the latest stable release because that is what I assume you are using.. I also assume you did not alter default settings (limits, permissions and stuff like that) .

maybe I should not have said "a little more info" please give as much info as you can

You're welcome, I'll mark this thread solved for you then (you should be able to do this yourself in the future (bottom right, title edit)

Is that a TOS thing? If not I could help you edit a "php.ini" file. You may even be able to slip that setting into an ".haccess" file.. (wink wink)

That is the default setting though for any host though, the ability to change it is what makes a good one. Almost all free hosts will limit you, unless you deal with someone personally. My computer is on all the time so I just host myown,

For ".htaccess" use this;
Code: [Hide] [Select]
php_value upload_max_filesize 20M
php_value post_max_size 20M
php_value max_execution_time 200
php_value max_input_time 200
