Post subject: Blank Page When Trying To View A Profile

Hello !

I have recently installed this great forum on my site, everything was working great when I found out that trying to view any user profile leads to a blank page !
I then decided to install a fresh one on another site to try to see if the issue was still there (since the first one I installed was in a subfolder of a wordpress installation), and the issue remained !

Here is what I can see in the log files on my server, if that can help :

[12-Jan-2013 23:02:22 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call-time pass-by-reference has been removed in /srv/data/web/vhosts/www.paradisdumobile.fr/htdocs/includes/album_mod/album_functions.php on line 1035

and

[13/Jan/2013:00:02:22 +0100] "GET /profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=2 HTTP/1.1" 500 -

I can go in my own profile and change options without any issues, it's just the "viewprofile" part that's giving me a blank page.

As you can already see the site is http://www.paradisdumobile.fr , the installation is brand new and I haven't touched any option yet.

Anyone have an idea ?
I can make an admin account to whoever would like to access admin panel and will provide you any information you want

Hi Hep, Welcome to IcyPhoenix,

Could you try installing the lastest from GIT?
or wait for the next release maybe?

I think this will be fixed (and already is fixed in GIT)

Hi Joshua203 thanks for your answer !

I'm uploading it at the moment, will come back to tell how it works.

As a temporary fix I renamed album_functions.php and created an empty file instead, I can now view profiles.

It works !!

Thanks a lot for your help !

I also copied the new album_functions.php into my main site and it seems to work too

Hopefully the new file won't make any kind of errors with the old version.
