Post subject: Files Missing From Icy Phoenix Download

I downloaded Icy phoenix and when I went to chmod pafiledb/cache/templates/ca_aphrodite and pafiledb/cache/templates/mg_themes it said the files don't exist so I went through the directory and the files not there
how can I get these files?

Just create the empty folder mg_themes in there and set CHMOD to 777.
