Hi everybody, I would like you to see this thread at my forum:

Le Club 205 France, 205 Aniversario A Retromobile PARIS

Look at the username of the post author, and you will notice this is underlined. I do not know why, because he has registered like everyone and we (administrators) didn't give him any kind of special condition.

If you look at the unread topics, it's name is showed in different way too.

I have been comparing both Db registers from his and mine user, and the differences founded doesn't seem to be meaningful.

Is this any kind of feature of Icy Phoenix?

Thank you very much.

as i know , underlined users are baned or non active anymore
you can find them also here

btw if you click on his username you get this
Code: [Hide] [Select]
Lo sentimos, pero este Usuario no existe

which i think its mean in English that this user not exist

also it can be that this user deleted account

You are right! thank you.

By mistake the user unactivated the account, and he has sent an email asking for the problem. But as he is not spanish, he used a translator and I couldn't understand what did he said. Now everything is clear.

Thanks!

One more question:

Does the user should be able to reactivate the account with an activation code sent by mail, asked at login page?

No, he can't... once the user decided to leave we don't want him back...

Admin should re-activate him from ACP.
