I will add the "language select block" to the dynamic menu. I think I must copy the code for it from the nav_quick_links.tpl to the dyn_menu_block.tpl. It's right?

No... it is not right, because they work in a different way.
If you install CMS ADV by HPL you should be able to add the lang select to your dynamic menu block as well.
