Hello I have been searching but I have never found the exact answe, How Can I install the Milky Way template?

upload the file style_white.css into yourIProot/templates/mg_themes/
and the white folder into yourIProot/templates/mg_themes/images/

then edit the files:

templates/mg_themes/theme_info.cfg
templates/mg_themes/mg_themes.cfg
includes/page_header.php
