I'm using phpbb3 instead of Icy for one of my other websites, (I still use Icy), but how can I install the icy phoenix original template on phpbb3?

You can't at the moment.
I don't know if MG will release it for phpBB3

You can try to adapt it, if you've got PHP & HTML skills
