Lopalong, this is great. if it's possible, i have 1 suggestion that the empty bar at the end. It used to be buttons and now is blank bar. I think, it looks better with site name right there.

I thought the same thing as it really needs something to break it up. But at the same time there is a problem with parsing some of the VARS in the footer.
I'll test it out today and use your suggestion if possible.
I'm also going to make new postbit graphics for it.
Edit: Thanks for the push on the idea of var'ing the site name - It looks a lot better now.
