Some themes used here are yet to be finilised, or are under Beta-Test prior to release. 
When they are added to the Download Db, that will be the only time you will be able to download them.

mmm MG Auntumn themes is not a new theme is and old theme that come with the other version of icy but in the last one MG Auntumn has been romoved

Other 'Old" version themes do not work with Icy Phoenix 1.2.0.27b, and had to be extensively modified to work with this version of IP. 
And I imagine that's why they are not all available yet.

MG Autumn is included in the basic version of IP... don't you have it?
