I don't understand the point to keep a template in the download page that points to an external page, specifically this:
http://www.icyphoenix.com/dload.php?action=file&file_id=163
The user agreement have simply no sense for something that you're not going to download, then you go to an external site where after 8 tries to register (confirmation code is always wrong... That could be my fault... maybe I became blind after indulging too much on porns...) I simply gave up.
I never complained for something that's shared for free but this is burocratically insane, not to mention that the specific topic on this site about that template is locked...

That theme is hosted and supported by Icy Themes.
I just tried to register a new account on the Icy Themes site and it worked flawlessly.
You are, however, in luck. The creator of that style is a staff member here and should see this topic shortly.
:)

Like Chaotic has indicated - There is no reason why you should not be able to create an account at Icy Themes. Also it would be polite to contact the ADMIN there if you have problems of this nature, and not rely on other people to bring posts like this to my attention.

That style is on direct download on this site, it's not like a link from a post in the forum. Because it is intended to be a download from this site, from IP download page, I don't see why I should ask about it somewhere else, even because the topic about it has been closed...
Speaking of politeness, it is far from being "polite" to agree to a license agreement for something that is not even hosted on the site, it has simply no sense.
As I said, well, I'm a poor noob and I wasn't able to climb the wall of the external site's captcha for the registration, maybe it can be "flawless" for some experts in free climbing, I prefer to be sporty with my armchair.
Anyway, no worries, I already opted for something else.

You were wanting to download the Vista Teal theme on Icy Themes?
http://icythemes.com/ip/vista-teal-theme-vt31.html
The topic is not locked and it even provides a download link. You have to be a registered member to download the theme. The idea of registering an account shouldn't be a problem. I'm sure Lopalong will find a way to get you registered if you ask.
Lopalong created the Vista Teal theme and whether he wants to host the theme here or on his website is his business. At least the style is being hosted somewhere and is available to Icy Phoenix users.
Merry Christmas! 8)

Just to clear out something...
That template was originally hosted here in this server with a direct download link.
After a while the authors asked to link it to his site so to have a full control over the attachments system, and the link has been edited.
I only forgot to remove the license agreement.
I will.

Tnx, sorry for having pointed the finger on it but I was frustrated (couldn't register etc.). I found another style that I like and I'm working on it...
