I would like to have my icyphoenix template like this one:
www.tecmax.net , i would like to change the logo,the bars,specially the blue one,and the "home,forum,portal,log in, log out" bar.. add a new one to another link,
And the Web background,

Does Dreamweaver help??
The software can edit CSS, but can it do it manually!??, editing images like photoshop in it?

I've heard bad things about using Dreamweaver as it can add and remove things in files without you knowing it.

Try editing your files with Notepad or Notepad ++.

Most of the changes you are seeking can be edited in the .css file of the style you want to use. To edit the top menu, try looking in overall_header.tpl of the style you want to use.

a very good programm i´m using is PHP-Designer. it got an included ftp-client that allows you to open the files from your server and then you finished with them it uploads them without any problem.
