Also nice work Limun,

thanks for your time and for sharing it...

Hopefully you have not use the original color from T-Com because its patent-protected

Yeas ago I read something about it and they want to protect it.

But only the original color...

If you use something similar, you would be on a safe side

But anyway, you can wait for an answer

Dear Sir,

Thank you for writing to us informing about the planned
activities under the forwarded link.

As you know Deutsche Telekom is doing business in Croatia
via Hrvatske Telekom and T-Mobile Croatia. Both companies
are identified via strong elements in their corporate
identity and design, that is the ´T´, the colour Magenta and
the little squares in a line. Most of the elements of the
corporate identity are protected via trademark and are
exclusive in the business of telecommunication services.

Therefore we would very much appreciate if you change your
current concept to work with the trademark for your
purposes. We have to fear that this concept misleads the
customer without any benefit to you or us. In our opinion it
is the best that you strictly stay away for our companies
appearance.

I hope you understand our reply to your request. In case you
have any questions please let us know.

With kind regards,

Ilka Sühling
for Deutsche Telekom AG

I trust they mean FROM here!

away for our

They are politely saying that they don't want you to use their colours or insignia (that is the ´T´, the colour Magenta and the little squares in a line.) in any way whatsoever. They possibly couldn't stop you from using single elements, but they can make life really difficult for you when you combine them. As you have done.

Best you remove it, because now that it's publicly known that they object to the use of their property etc, it puts some responsibility on Icy Phoenix to make sure it's removed.

G'night!

thanks...i needed to be sure
i created a monster s***

i will change their color to red and "T" to "I" you think it this inaf?

If you change the insignia, then I don't see what they would have to protest about.

And as for the colour Magenta:

This is Web-Safe: "Magenta" which is #FF00FF

MAGENTA

But then one can also have many variations:

#FF00FA

#FF00FB

#FF00F1

And strictly speaking, they are not the same colour? They also can't monopolise colour anyway. Their argument is valid ONLY as far as their registered elements. So you will need to remove or change them.

BTW: This advice is free and may not apply to the laws or common sense of any particular country.
