I would suggest making the theme the same width as your main header as in 1440 X 900 the image repeats itself...

though I do not know how many people use the screen setting....

just a thought...

I would suggest to leave only your name in copyright:

Also please change the color of the HOVER effect in copyright section... because if you hover the mouse then the link is not visible.
