My forum is russian, and I am translating ip into russian by myself, because I need it (I know english basic and learnt it only at school many years ago, but I have google translator and some old translations from phpbb). If there are no romanian language in ip that means you would have to translate it yourself or pay somebody to translate it to you.
There are no other ways, it is simple.
For example, how could I translate ip to romanian if I don't know the language? Translation to your native lang is not hard, but it will take many time, so you can easily translate lang_main.php at first, then mostly all words that users see will be in romanian.
