FAP CUSTOMIZATION - Limit Uploads In Certain Gallery

I have a public gallery named Members Rides. I wanted to limit it to one photo per member allowed to be uploaded in that certain forum. Is that possible?

At the moment it is not possible to set this limit to just one category, I'm sorry.
