FAP SUPPORT - Problem With Upgrade

I followed the instructions step by precious step while upgrading an older smartor album. 
to the new FAP... But the images that were in the album previously don't show.
New photos no problem. But all that is there of the old images is the poster and the names of the image.

But when you click on it. It says image does not exist.

Any help is welcome.

My guess is that you removed your original [highlight=#FFFFAA]album_mod/upload[/highlight] folders that contained your pics and replaced with the empty (of pics) folders from the install files. 
I hope you have a backup of the [highlight=#FFFFAA]album_mod/upload[/highlight] folder.... your pics should be there.

Is there data is the database for the images under  [highlight=#FFFFAA]pic_filename / pic_thumbnail

Are these personal gallery pics?
If so you need to load fap_install.php again and choose Migrate Personal Galleries.
