FAP SUPPORT - Users Not Allowed To Manage There Personal Gallery

"You are not allowed to manage your personal gallery categories"

I am trying to allow my user's to create sub-categories in there personal gallery. I thought they had this   ability but I just found out they don't.

What permission setting am I missing or is this not possible.

Thanks in advance for this very powerful photo album.

Well I got this sorted. It appears that my ACP is not displaing all my configs. I had to manually change a couple via phpmyadmin.

Any reason for all these variables not to be displayed in my acp?
