FAP SUPPORT - [Solved] Pictures Gone After Change Of Webhotel

We just moved our phpbb2 forum from one webhotel to the other. 1:1
Everything working except all pictures are gone. (FAP 1.4.1
Any ideas on where to look for the culprit?
The Download button works, an d I get the archive/folder with al pictures that way.
But nothing, only questionmarks in the albums.
Tha db is there, and the files are there and correctlty chmodded.

FAP is 1.4.1 

Album seems to be 2.0.54, should I upgrade to 2.0.56?

My best bet at the moment is that the webhotel is running a newer version of PHP or something to that effect.
It is a private board and I don't want to advertise but can send link in a PM if that helps.

Try to delete .htaccess files form folders. This should be enough. 

Test and tell us if working.

Thanx very much for your reply.
Nope, deleting HT access files does not help, as someone else suggested.
One odd thing is that the download all pictures-buttom works and d-load all pix...

Grateful for any other suggestions...

After having tried it all, I managed to erase all tables in the db
...then install FAp from scratch
and then manually import files and t cat and album as sql files.
I think it's working again.
