FAP SUPPORT - Fab Extension

Hello I use fab 1.4.1
I need few things for FAB album Mod, resist gratefully whom me someone thereby to help became. 

1 whom I provide to head category and among them sub categories.
Tape: 
Children of pictures 
- chin the garden 
- head train 

To avoid that would not like to be able to high-load the user on the head category pictures. Whom I changed the right of the heads category. can dan also with sub the category no pictures high-load.

If you don't allow user to upload pics in cat, could they upload in sup-cat.

Answer is YES, if the cat is visible for the user and they have the rights to upload in sup-cat

+CAT (visible)
   -SUB (visible and upload allow)
