This only happens the first time, if I load the pics a second time, it works. What shall I do?[/quote] It should be a memory limit problem... try either to increase your memory limits in ACP or via PHP.INI if you can. Mine was set at 75 and I've not had the problems you mention, but when I set it to 100 the problems appeared.
