How can I make the thumbnail size of photos in posts bigger?

And also. Alot of members do not know how to do BBcode linking in posts. Is there a way to add code..so ppl can click a button that says. "Copy URL To Clipboard" This way..it copys  [aalbumimg]IMG #[/albumimg] then they can just paste it into the post. Alot of ppl do not know what BBcode is so this will be easier for them.
