[MOD] Avoid Download Files Renaming (dload.php)

Hello everyone
Here is a small mod that by replacing a single file on the server keeps the original name of the uploaded file from your download section.

Some examples:

[b]Current situation:[/b]

[b]After the Mod[/b]:

[img]http://www.icyphoenix.it/files/posted_images/222/2011_07_04_005846.png[/img] 

[b]If you upload files with the same names, will be renamed with the same gaming that uses the default IP on the images:[/b]

 [img]http://www.icyphoenix.it/files/posted_images/222/2011_07_04_005350.png[/img] 

Finally, after the board of mg, I added controls for capital letters and spaces.
