Links In Home Page Customized Block

Hi, I've created a customized block in home page in which there are links but they aren't visible to visitors but only to registered users.
Does somebody know how to make these links visible to visitors?

(sorry for my english)

Try to disable this

ACP->Configuration->Posting -> Disable HTML links for guests

Set to no
