Ok, here we go, I followed instructions and all went fine until step [b]16. Run install/install.php[/b]. The fact is when I try to run it, my local server says it cannot find them, I don't know why...

Ok, I'll answer to myself. It seems login in as Admin to lock the forum is required, I thought its only purpose was to avoid visits to make troubles.

I am not sure you really have to lock your site for updating. It should work without... I guess.

But you have to login in as Admin!!!
